Monday weigh in was 231# - by Wednesday up to 233# --- go figure
(my weight will fluctuate alot) - used to waiver almost 10 lbs when I used to weight myself everday years ago, made the gym Tuesday morning and Wednesday night.
Trying new high rep, multiple body part, multiple excercise workout, after 2 workouts really cant tell how good it might be, but has a good cardio aspect....my heart rate was about 140 when I started cardio.
and yes kids I am doing cardio and F**kin hate it
