For a week! Just to go hang out and party in New York.
My weight this morning is 187.0, but the scale says my body fat percentage is 26% What the hell? Does that mean I can lose 26% of my mass? Heheh...
Yesterday my exercise consisted of hiking at Grapevine Lake, on a fossil searching expedition, followed by moving heavy objects helping Kris and Jerry at their new house. Neither was terribly tough, but I also didn't eat much-I splurged with Mickie D's for breakfast, skipped lunch, then had a burger with just a few fries at dinner, followed by weight watchers bar thingee at 1:00 a.m. when I woke up.
This week is really going to be a challenge to eat well, especially since G is out of town. Today, i'm sure I'll get some good exercise chasing after Micah on his bike, if it's warm enough.
