wow..it sounds like you had a great day Jeff. That's a lot of running around. What did you have for lunch? just curious.

Jim and I went to the gym again this morning at 6AM. I worked out my shoulders and Tris, he did back and bic. Jims strategy is to lean out and grow muscle,this should equal to loss of weight. right Ging? We haven't been able to get our fat % done at the gym yet. I guess the trainers do not get their that early. I made breakfast, which consisted of egg while omelet, 2 pieces of turkey bacon, one slice of wheat bread and some cheese. this is not a normal breakfast for us. I was bad for lunch and had 4 baked chicken drums..but at least it was not fried chicken. We didn't have chicken breast. I had to haul ass to the hospital to see mom. she's doing better. Driving all the nurses crazy now that she feels good. She should be going to a rehab on Fri or Mon. They warn me already that I had to spend time with her in rehab becuase they don't really do much for her. Urgh!! so for dinner we had Baked Tilapia and Broccoli. I don't think it was enough calories/food though. So, I wanna know where Ginger is? don't see her on the Blog.
