Damn..Ging..watch where you're going!! I'm NOT weighting myself for 4 weeks, but I will get my fat% tomorrow and mesurements. I can start seeing changes in my stomach and hips. We did eat crappy yesterday and today we had two pieces of pizza (roma tomatoes, mushrooms and chicken)..it wasn't that good. We went to Desirees house last night for her birthday and we played a game called Apples to Apples...it's a lot of fun. I'm getting it so we're gonna have to come over and play it soon. I'm not traveling this week so I'm looking forward to having good workouts.
